Established in 2021, VDS Advisory brings together over 15 years of real estate experience across valuation, project feasibility, construction finance and technical due diligence. We work with developers, lenders and investors to convert complex projects into clear, bankable stories.
The firm is led by Vinit Sangoi, a Civil Engineer and Post-Graduate in Advanced Construction Management (NICMAR). He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Valuers and a Registered Valuer with IBBI for Land & Building. Before starting VDS Advisory, he worked with leading institutions including ICICI Bank and L&T Finance, handling mortgage valuation, construction funding and portfolio monitoring.
